Yamog envisions the emergence of self-sustaining rural communities in Mindanao where people are capable of utilizing and effectively managing renewable energy sources that would serve as vehicle towards sustainable community development. The members of these communities will have the means to adequately meet their basic needs while not jeopardizing the capability of future generations to meet theirs; will have confidence in their collective capacity to chart their own future; will live in unity and in harmony with the natural environment.

MISSION

1. Raise community awareness on the vast development potentials of proper utilization and management of renewable sources.
2. Initiate capability-building activities to strengthen community-based people's organizations that would manage and sustain renewable energy community development projects.
3. Establish renewable energy systems in rural communities and transfer the technology to local people's organizations.

1. To contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of people living in rural and off-grid communities in Mindanao.
2. To ensure sustainable management of sources of micro hydro power (MHP) in rural  and off-grid areas.
3. To enhance renewable energy awareness in Mindanao as a strategy towards community sustainable development.
